Sorry for the lack of an update. Just too much going on late last week. Besides the forecast was not all that bad anyhow. Moving on to this week: Beautiful Weather Alert through Thursday. It will average about 12-15 degrees above average today through Thursday. Our average high is in the low 60's now, but it looks be in the mid and upper 70s during this time. Some spots will hit 80! Take a walk. Take in the beautiful fall colors appearing all over. Rain should be entering the picture at the end of the week. The heaviest rain should be west of the mountains, however, if the tropical disturbance around the Bahamas gets entrained in the trough then Saturday would turn very wet around here. It could also develop into tropical storm Otto and move out to sea. So some uncertainty. The key is how it develops. It will also turn much cooler this weekend, although this is all relative, as it will not be that “cool” when you factor in the time of year. But after an Indian Summer like week of 75+ degrees it will be cool. I like to refer to it as “cheap living.” No A/C and no heat. Wonderful for the wallet. Enjoy.
