When looking at the satellite picture of the clouds (below) it would seem that rain from the central states would be coming into our area soon. But those clouds and rain are generally moving north. This is a slow moving pattern right now. This means that sunshine will dominate for the next week overall. Now it can shower/storm, but the basic idea of western trough, eastern ridge is staying put for now. ![]() Some fine tuning to the forecast is needed. The basic picture is the same, and the changes are more “cosmetic” rather than whole scale changes. They are:
