Quick lunchtime forecast:
1. Snow Sat between 4 pm – 10 pm. Some brief intense bursts of snow are possible. Light snow on and off after 10 pm and into the early morning hours but shouldn't add much accumulation.
2. Winds become strong and gusty. Some blowing and drifting.
3. Temperatures falling to near zero by 8 am Sunday. Staying in the single digits all day.
4. Total snow: 2-3”
Do not fall for any sensational weather media hype. Yes, this cold will be about as cold as we get in winter for daytime highs ... but we have had snow, wind and cold before. That is what we will have Sat-Sun. We ought to be able to handle it.
