More snow tonight than first thought. Do not be surprised if you wake up to 2 or even 3" snow tomorrow morning. The storm is stronger and the moisture is good. It will taper off by 8 am and end as some drizzle.
Friday night into Sat is really intriguing. That energy is firing off thunderstorms near the Gulf Coast right now. That system will be stronger and give more accumulating snow. Right now 1-3" is look good. But I would not be surprised to see it go a little higher.
The Sun afternoon - Sun night system is looking impressive. Our largest snowfall of the season is very possible. The only fly in the ointment is that we could change or mix with some sleet or rain for a time at the peak of the storm. We start as snow and end as snow. But we will be very close to the rain/snow line Sun evening for several hours. Not matter what happens, these next 3-4 days will be very snowy indeed.
Winter is not yet done. Good night. Full update tomorrow. I will have time! Finally. Lots going on.
