A nice Memorial Day followed by some active and dangerous weather. While away for late Sun to late Tue I was not able to update, but the forecast did fairly well. Not perfect. Not bad either.
The good: The nice day on Memorial Day was about a perfect call. Tuesday and Wednesday temperatures were about on the money too.
The Bad: the coverage and intensity of the showers/storms was a miss by me. If I could have updated, the forecast I would have. But I couldn’t.
Moving On: One more day of heavy rain and storms for Thursday. It will not be as warm either. It will still be very humid. Some flash flooding is possible in areas that have been hit with over 2” in the last two days.
Friday: Looks beautiful. Cooler. Less humid.
Saturday: Nice also. But some showers or a storm could sneak in late in the day.
Sunday: Showers and storms look possible. Depends on how the upper levels come together. This forecast has a lot of uncertainty, but I suspect a wetter look is the way to go at this time.
