Beautiful through Friday and then Mon – Wed. The weekend?  Ok Saturday, but looking somewhat wet for Sat night and Sunday. Timing might be bad for the weekend, but we should not complain as we could use the rain.

A weak front passed yesterday, and cooler much less humid air has taken over. It will stay that way through Fri, but on Sat things start to change and become more humid with a good chance for showers and a thunderstorm or two for Sat night and Sunday.

After this front, another ridge will build in and we start warming up back into the 80s next week. Yes, we may have one more run toward 90 before the end of September. So the theme of warm and dry continues. Good for outdoor activities, and harvest.

Points for Next 7 Days:
  1. Beautiful: Today and Friday. Deep blue skies. A streak of white here and there. Low humidity. Perfect for mid-September.
  2. Weekend Wetness: Increasing clouds Sat, chance for showers and thunderstorms Sat night into Sun night. Deep tropical moisture will not get involved.
  3. Another Warm Up: No cooler air behind the weekend front. Temps warm from the 70s to the 80s and maybe toward 90 by late next week. A weak front will try to come south into our area on Tue, but is unlikely to have an impact on us if it does.
