![]() What will it do today? Will it rain and spoil the fireworks displays? Unfortunately it does look wet tonight, and fortunately a soaking rain appears to be coming for our area. The rain should arrive during the evening. And since fireworks don’t start until 9 pm, it looks very iffy to squeeze them in before. The heaviest rain should be between 11 pm – 6 am. In short expect .5” to .75” widespread with more to the south. There will be a sharp cut off: Bradford to Williamsport to Scranton will get very little if any rain at all. Pittsburgh to York to Philadelphia could get 1” to 2”. We are right in between. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday all typical of summer. Very warm to hot and humid. Thunderstorms are possible late Thu/Thu night, Fri/Fri night and again late Saturday. Points for Next 7 Days:
