It is a beautiful day and a beautiful weekend through Monday. Not as warm as last weekend, but who is complaining? Not me. Especially when I thought last week that it would rain on Sat (today). That storm stayed to our south and gave us the high clouds yesterday. We are wet for the month so we didn’t need the extra rain anyway.
This coming week will feature a trough in the central US bringing cool weather there, and then translating east to our area. But the coolest temps will stay to our west this week. The pattern we are in is one that will bring bursts of mild to warm weather for 1-3 days followed by cool to chilly weather to follow for the next few days after that. This will continue for at least the next two weeks. Details: Sunday: Beautiful. Sunny skies with temps in the low 60s. Lows: mid 30s. Monday: Mostly sunny and very nice again. High: upper 60s. Low: lower 40s. Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with some rain showers arriving. High: mid 60s. Low: mid 40s. Wednesday: Gusty wind. Much cooler. Clouds and sunshine. High: 51. Low: 32. Watch out for frost. Thursday: Sunshine. Cool. High: 58. Low: 36. Friday: Clouds increasing as will the winds. Some showers arriving late. Warmer. High: upper 60s. Low: mid 50s. Saturday/Sunday: Mild to start, with temps rising to the mid-60s, but west winds bringing in cooler air for Sunday with highs in the low 60s.
