Mon, Tue and Wed forecast was okay. Too cool for Mon/Tue, and too much sun for Wed. Other than that not bad.
Today ... well, not close. The remnant of Tropical Storm Bonnie went to our west, and we are in the soupy tropical atmosphere with some light showers and maybe a rumble of thunder. Friday is the day for thunderstorms. And Saturday is our transition day from summer like warmth and humidity to spring like cool. Here are the details:
Thursday: Areas of drizzle/mist. Heavier shower possible. Humid. 74.
Friday: Partly sunny. Warm. Humid. Afternoon showers and storms likely. 84.
Saturday: Early clouds then clearing. Chance for a shower. Cooler. Breezy. 72.
Sunday: Mostly sunny. Breeze at times. Cool. 65.
Monday: Sunny. Cool. 65.
Tuesday: Mostly cloudy. Chance for showers. 65.
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy. Chance for rain. 68.
The middle of next week will feature an attempt to see it warm up. If the warm front moves north, then we could soar well into the 80's. If it doesn't, then is this could lead to a cool and wet period Tue/Wed/Thu. Interesting set-up to predict. After this passes, a real warm up could begin in earnest. But that is getting well into the future.
